Biggest Troll In The World: Samsung Paid Apple in $1Billion By sending Trucks of 5 -Cents Coins

I am a big fan of memes and troll stories and faces online, 9gag and Uberhumor are two of my favorite websites when it comes to this. I love reading and seeing funny and epic stories with extra ordinary creatures on the pictures (memes). But the biggest troll I ever knew was that Samsung paid apple its $1billion fine by sending more than 30 trucks of coins to Apple’s headquarters, I just knew the story this morning and at first I thought it was really true, and it is totally hilarious. The story that scattered around the internet like wildfire goes like this:

“Yesterday, there are more than 30 trucks carrying five cent nickel coins arrived at Apple’s headquarters in California. The company security was freaking out then Samsung called Apple CEO Tim Cook saying that they will pay the $1.05 billion fine in coins, and this was the first installment.”

LOL………

Some people comment that the story is somewhat true, and that is Tim Cook is indeed the Apple CEO: P

This troll story is regarding the lawsuit a while ago that was filed by Apple against Samsung, that the Korean Company critically copied the iPhone and iPad features. Apple won the case, and was awarded more than $1billion damage.

But the truck of coins story is merely a hoax, it is not true that Samsung paid Apple by sending trucks of coins to their headquarter, the fact is Samsung isn’t yet payable, all they have is the jury’s verdict and the judge hasn’t ruled yet.

If Samsung tried to pay the fine in coins, Apple has the right to send out the truck and head it back to Samsung,  since it is stated in the US Treasury that:

"Private businesses are free to develop their own policies on whether or not to accept cash unless there is a State law which says otherwise. For example, a bus line may prohibit payment of fares in pennies or dollar bills. In addition, movie theaters, convenience stores and gas stations may refuse to accept large denomination currency (usually notes above $20) as a matter of policy."

If you have doubts whether the story is true, just stick to this fact:

"A nickel weighs 5g. It would take 2,755 18-wheeler trucks (max legal tare 80,000 lbs) to carry the money."
